Shipping Methods and Definitions/Status of order:
We exclusively use FedEx and USPS (United States Postal Service) as our preferred shipping services. Please note that we do not utilize UPS Ground (United Parcel Service Ground) for any of our shipments. For larger items, we may choose an LTL carrier for shipping.
It is essential to provide a valid phone number when placing an order. If your delivery address is not compatible with USPS, kindly reach out to us before completing your order. We will either customize the shipping method for your order or, if necessary, offer to cancel the order. Your cooperation in providing accurate shipping information ensures a smooth delivery process.
USPS (Post Office)
Ground Based Postal Packages do offer $50 of insurance if the package is lost, not delivered, or has been damaged; you can file a loss claim with the carrier. (see carriers site for details). If your package shows it was delivered and you still do not have it, please allow 24-48 hours for final delivery from the USPS (post office).
You can contact us about any FedEx delivery and we can obtain a signature (if requested at the time of the order) or a photo of the delivery for you.
Guaranteed Delivery:
FoamNoodles.com does offer Second Day and Next Day shipping at a premium cost. No shipment sent with the post office qualifies for any guaranteed delivery times. Be sure to check the carriers site for estimated delivery times and any delays in your area before you order.
We can ship FedEx Next Day and Second Day plus USPS Priority Mail Express depending on location. (these are premium and expensive shipping services - delivery time and performance is guaranteed by the carrier and not foamnoodles.com) Please check the carriers' site for any delivery issues in your area.
All carriers exclude guarantees if there are events out of their control like weather related issues. Check their site before ordering.

Alaska and Hawaii
These states may incur added shipping fees but not always. We reserve the right to cancel any large order being shipped to AK or HI due to high shipping costs.
Any order placed with any premium or expedited shipping will not ship on a weekend.
Valid shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding all observed holiday days.
Order Cancellation Requests
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel it before it ships, but most orders go out on the same day. While we can't guarantee cancellation, we'll try our best. You can email us at orders@honortraders.com or call us at 952-855-4544 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm). Speaking to us directly is the fastest way to confirm if we can cancel your order. If we can cancel it, you'll get a confirmation email. If you don't get a confirmation, your order will still be shipped. Please call us within the specified hours, as timing is crucial since we handle many orders daily.
Returns
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If this period has elapsed, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund for you.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. To facilitate the return process, we require proof of purchase, which can be your order number (e.g., FNxxxxx). Alternatively, if the order number is visible on the original shipping label or packaging, that information can be used. You can also write your order number on the packaging to help us identify your order accurately and process your credit efficiently.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is defective and we require it back, we will reimburse the standard shipping cost. If the fault lies with us, we will offer a full refund. Depending on the size of your order, we might also email you a return tag to facilitate the return process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return experience as smooth as possible for you.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving and thoroughly inspecting your return, we prioritize processing your refund within 48 hours. Your peace of mind matters to us, and so does clear communication. Therefore, we are committed to promptly updating you on the approval or status of your refund. Please know that your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to providing you with a refund experience that is both seamless and respectful.
Please note that any initial shipping costs we covered will be deducted from your refund amount. While our website offers "Free Shipping" for the lower 48 states, it's important to understand that shipping costs are included in the overall product price. We have carefully calculated these costs, which are reflected in the price you pay. For any returned order, we will deduct this shipping cost unless there was an error on our part with your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
All refunds issued post to the original method of payment that you used. We cannot change this. Check with your bank if you have any questions on the status of your refund but do expect any refund to take 2-4 days to post with your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We cannot exchange orders because of the extra shipping fees.
