I thought that the foam would easily compress into an uneven exposed aggregate joint. Umm, nope. Some of the box store brands are fairly flimsy and compresss to almost nothing, but not this. So it will get used around doors and windows on new construction projects, or used for hook and leaders for my tackle box. But I have a lifetime supply for sure.

I used for driveway concrete joints/large gaps prior to caulking them. Cheap solution to reduce the amount of expensive caulk.

My husband is a taxidermist and uses this product for bird necks. It's wonderful to buy in bulk for him to keep at the shop.

Awesome , came in big spools just like in the photos.

1st off...I brought too much for what I thought. But i have found other uses for it. I cut them in half and use them for small gaps around my A/C...any places i feel cold entering i cut to fit gaps. I just wish I could send back (1) roll...past return time limit. I also use them to seal up most of my woodworking tools.

We ordered this product to be used on the renovation of my parents log house in rural Indiana. The product arrived in a timely manner, and proved to work well for placing in between the logs of the house where natural spacing occurred. The product is easily set between spaces in log home unsealed for 19 years. My energy audit indicates the air changes in this Canadian border house 8 times a day and to be efficient it needs to be sealed and air exchanges for saving heat loss need to be less than 3, so this is recommended, appears and feels like the right stuff and next winter will tell

The skin of the backer rod is just the right texture. It pushes in easily and stays in place. No slippage. Limited stretching.

We have a large number of joints in concrete to seal, this will be used beneath the sealant to prevent bleed through. Arrived quickly. Great price per foot compared to what's available at home improvement stores

Using this 1.0 diameter foam for 3/4” spacing has save use a lot of epoxy.

Product works great, easy to push into the gap and caulk over! More came then I had originally expected!
