I have shadow box lights around my ceiling. I had hundreds of tiny mice living in my attic. The crown modeling that creates the shadow box lighting system, became their play ground. These mice were ripe with fleas. The fleas were jumping from the crown molding into my bed. I patched the holes and had an exterminator get rid of the mice, but the fleas were very tenacious. After setting 10 flea bombs in my bedroom the fleas still infesting my bed from above. I installed these foam noodles in the gap between the ceiling and the crown molding, and set off another flea bomb and the problem for now seems to have gone away. PS. the foam noodles glow when the shadow lights are turned on.
