I bought these to use as a baffle against the little balls my pup always seems to get under the porch railing he spends a lot of time out on porch and very difficult for me to retrieve in from under the bushes there, and this works perfectly. I have used similar inside for under sofas etc! You just have to poke a hole in each end and zip tie to each end of the railing and problem solved! Same for sofas etc. Wish these were cheaper but worth it to solve that problem I guess.
I have used these pool noodles for weatherproofing/insulation projects. I've bought the ones with the hole in the middle and these solid ones. I expected them to be the same size, but they were not. In case this matters for your usage, I am comparing both types of this brand's foam noodles for comparison. Hollow: 3.5" across (diameter) and just under 11" around (circumference). Solid: 2.8" across and just under 9" around.
I was shocked at the price of noodles so opted for this inexpensive one that works well for me. It was longer than was recommended by our Water Aerobics instructor so my husband cut off several inches. Problem solved!
Far more affordable than competing outdoor chair pads, with 8 of them costing about $110. While the covers are not removable for cleaning, they have stood up to weather and use so far and are wipeable. The foam cushion is sturdy and bounces back in shape after sitting for long periods. Very comfortable. This is just my first season with these, so time will tell how long they last. But considering the conditions of outdoor use, these are a great value even if I only get 4-5 seasons out of these.
Used this as ledges for my crested gecko enclosures and is holding up great. Only complaint is that it's a bit pricey for just three tubes.
Not the quality I expected for the price.
I purchased these pool noodles because I wanted to have a completely sealed noodles. When I had the open ones they would get spiders living inside. With these no more spiders. YEAH!!!

I bought these to keep little toys from going under sofas when kittens play. They worked well blocking blocking the space under a large entertainment center but not so much under sofas

These noodles are great for the project I have in mind. Not all noodles are created equal.
This is a solid core Noodle. Great bouyancy for workouts in the pool. Arm work, leg work and cardio. They take a lot of daily abuse and deal with a lot of chlorine but they do last the season. As an aquaicize instructor these are my go to noodles for workouts and play.
Exactly what I needed for my swim business. A little more pricey than years past
Cut these in half and used them to insulate the corners of the steel building. Sturdier than using pipe insulation, filled the gap better, and in bulk were less expensive. Easy to cut and use.
Slippery but very stable. Good for me and I'm 5'8".

I purchased another brand last year and had a problem keeping it free of mold. I’m impressed with these noodles they seem to have a shiny finish and does not absorb the water.

So, I cut these into 4” sections, make a hole through them with a stainless steel yeti straw and glue a pvc cap on each end. Drill a small hole in each cap before gluing them on the noodle sections and insert a 5” coffee stirrer through the whole thing. Add a pre-tied bobber stop and a few plastic beads to your line and now you’ve got a large slip float for bluegills or whatever other live bait or large cut bait you want to fish with and you to adjust it to whatever depth suits you. On the rare occasions that I can find them, slip floats like this run about 4 - 5 dollars EACH! I make them myself, in bulk and they end up costing me about 79 cents apiece. As far as the durability of the noodles is concerned, I still have some of these floats that I made at the end of summer of 2020 and they’re holding up just fine.
I used these for my winter boots. Just cut them off to desired length and insert into your boot. Keeps your boots from falling over in your closet so you know what you have.
